What can the Road Angel GPS device do for me ?
The Road Angel GPS device carries a database of all the static speedtraps in mainland UK. It also carries locations of accident blackspots on the same database. In real terms this means that it could save you a speeding ticket, your licence or even your life. The Road Angel also has the facility to store locations of temporary sites that you designate.

Where do I mount the Road Angel ?
As you can see from this image the Road Angel is perfectly at home on a car dashboard, the sleek design make it unobtrusive to the driver until it gets within distance of a speedtrap or accident blackspot, it will then give an audible and visual warning. The power is taken from the cigarette lighter socket or the Road Angel can be hard wired in.

What if I have a heated or UV protected front screen ?
If you have a heated or UV protected front screen the GPS device may have a problem trying to maintain a lock on sufficient satellites to get a true GPS location. In this situation we can provide an optional GPS re-radiating antenna. Heated front screens are generally found on Fords or Ford manufactured cars, UV protected front screens are generally found on Renaults, Citroens and some other manufacturers including Mercedes.

Is it illegal ?
The Road Angel GPS device is perfectly legal in all respects, rumours abound regarding speedtrap detection but the Road Angel is legal to sell, buy, own and use for it's normal purpose anywhere in the UK.

How much does it cost ?
The Road Angel Classic is £308.99 including VAT with an annual subscription after the first 12 months of £49.
The New Road Angel 2 is £399.99 including VAT and carriage with an annual subscription after the first 6 months of £49.

If I have 2 cars will I need to buy 2 ?
The Road Angel is powered through the cigar lighter socket so it can be easily moved from car to car.

If I order one how long will it take to arrive ?
Road Angels are kept in stock and are usually despatched the same day if the order is taken before 3pm. The goods will normally arrive with you the next morning.
